Well as for us, we're a small team, Mike and Monica.  We constantly surf the web for new satellite tv products and services and take time to see what others are saying about those products.  Most of what we do is actually offline.  We spend a out time learning and testing new satellite tv products.  No this is not our day job!  In fact, we do work on this site daily, but most of that work gets done after we get home from work.  Does that make any sense?
